Education company is seeking call center representatives in their retention department. Employees will be reaching out to students who have fallen off their courses to get them back on track.

Placing outbound calls to students utilizing a dialer system

Confirming their last date of attendance

Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

De-escalate situations involvingstudents, offering assistance and support to login and complete coursework.

Call students to inform them about their graduation next steps

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the education site or using the products or services

Review student accounts, providing updates and informationregarding courses and finances

Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

This opportunity provides a fun environment with snacks, a ping pong table and a team-oriented support system. We are looking for candidates who enjoy being on the phone all day supporting people succeed and enhance their life by finishing their education goals.

Full-Time M-F, looking for availability from 7am-7pm

$17/hr

Temp to hire
