One Source Senior Mobile Healthcare company is the leading provider of on-site optometry, podiatry and audiology services to nursing facilities in the western region of the United States. OneSource is dedicated to serving residents of long-term care facilities, nursing homes and post-acute rehab centers. As a Clinical Service Assistant, you are at the front-line of our growing healthcare company, providing excellence in customer care to our patients and partner facilities.

We have an opening for a CSA to work directly with our mobile Doctors as they provide care in nursing facilities throughout the Phoenix area. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with proven customer service experience. Our Clinical Service Assistant position is an entry level position and all training is provided.

Interviews will be scheduled in our Scottsdale office for 5.20 and 5.21. Please reply with your resume and two available times for an on-site interview.

Job Responsibilities:

-Safe transport of patients and medical equipment throughout our nursing facilities;

-Must have the ability to work effectively and respectfully with patients, providers, co-workers, and partner facility staff;

-Professional demeanor with ability to work effectively independently and must also be able to follow direction;

-Excellent customer service skills;

-Work with patients with varying cognitive abilities and who may be at high risk to fall;

-Listen, interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, patients, and visitors is required.

- Conduct weekly meeting with our facility partners

Job Requirements:

-Ability to push patients (of various body weight) in wheelchairs or mobile beds (weight varies due to weight of bed/chair plus weight of patients)

-High school degree or GED

-Ability to assist patients while they walk down a hallway, up and down stairs,

up and down ramps, around corners or into and out of elevators;

- Proven interpersonal skills

- Must have a reliable vehicle
