Required on-site apartment manager to manage 4 apartment buildings. Handyman background required. Successful candidate will collect and deposit rent, fill vacancies and prepare apartments for rental. Candidate will also respond to renters complaints and repairs. Good customer service skills a must. Pay will commensurate with experience.
