Bilingual Office Administrator with Shop Experience

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Bilingual Office Administrator with shop experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong office administration skills, and have hands-on experience working in a shop environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the office team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in both English and Spanish.

2. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.

3. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

4. Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

5. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and reconciling accounts.

6. Utilize shop experience to coordinate with the shop team, manage inventory, and assist with shop-related tasks as needed.

7. Ensure a clean and organized office and shop environment.

8. Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

2. Proven experience in office administration, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

3. Previous experience working in a shop environment, with knowledge of shop operations and procedures.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or shop-related fields are a plus.
