We are both a Nursing Staffing Registry and fast-growing Home Health Agency based in
Sacramento. We are seeking self-driven, versatile and result-oriented individuals to join our
team as Community Relations Representatives to build our Skilled Nursing Facilities client base
for the Registry and grow the Home Health Agency by increasing our Medicare and other
Managed Care Admissions.
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years’ experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability and history of successful sales/marketing pitches
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Excellent customer relations
-Possess client base growth and client retention skills
-Health insurance coverage knowledge
-Home Health Knowledge an added advantage
-Flexible and ability to work with little supervision
-Proficiency in Social Media
-Satisfactory Criminal background check
