We are looking to add a reliable full-time Property Coordinator to our team to assist our growing office.
FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Pre-arrival / post-departure walk through inspections of furnished corporate rentals
Setting up the rentals for tenant/guest move-in
Evaluate/critique move out cleanings and touch up if needed
Shopping and ordering items for unit inventory
Meeting and coordinating with vendors
Creating new property inventories for furnished corporate rentals
Coordinating rental property turn-over with various vendors and HOA management
Running errands as needed
OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Review housekeeping reports for maintenance and inventory needs
Purchase and maintain stock inventory of housewares and linens
Answering phone calls to manage tenant requests
Processing purchase receipts and stock orders
Manage amenities and consumable products needed for furnished corporate rentals
Assisting Property Managers with various admin tasks

Are comfortable taking charge and just do what needs to be done
Have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Have a reliable vehicle (mileage is reimbursed) and current liability vehicle insurance
Are physically able to do the work, which includes lifting 25 lbs. from the floor to table height and back to the floor; climbing ladders up to 4 ft. off the ground; and working in a variety of environments with numerous possible allergens.
This is a full-time position, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
