We are looking to start a Site Services division at my company, which is a commercial facilities service provider. We started business in 2019 and are established in facilities maintenance and HVAC maintenance. Looking for the right person to lead and grow this division with a focus of parking lot sweeping and pressure washing.
We'll be starting off with one parking lot sweeper and a Landa ECOS pressure washing trailer. The good news is that due to our current customer base, there is essentially a guaranteed book of business to provide a solid starting point. Those customers are located in the towns of Westminster, Broomfield, Boulder and Longmont.
Hours of work will vary pending on customer base but can see it consisting of evening/weekend work.
The right person will need to be self-motivated, professional, make solid decisions, able to professional interactions with customers, have valid CO drivers license and have the drive required to succeed. This is a special opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves, share in the revenue without having to put out 10's of thousands of dollars in investments.
We offer good pay and benefits. Pay will depend on experience and will share in the annual profits of the Site Services division. Timing of launch will be based on mutual agreement and negotiations.
