Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of all nursing staff and patient care related activities as well as the communication and escalation of staff, patient and facility related safety concerns. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required Minimum 3 years psychiatric nursing experience required Previous supervisory experience preferred Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills Strong organizational skills Ability to set, prioritize, and meet deadlines We take great care of careers.
