No finance experience is required for this role. With out world calls in-depth training program, you will be guided on how to work with individuals, families, or business owners and have a discussion with them about their financial goals and help them make a plan that will help them reach their short and long term financial goals with our financial solutions, products, and services (includes but is not limited to investments, retirement planning, college planning, insurance, and wealth accumulation). Compensation (this is not a W2 income)
- Uncapped 1099/production/commission-based income (ex. one client may result in $2,000 in compensation and
another $10,000)
- Residual income (paid from work done last year, every year)

You will work as an independent contractor with the World Financial Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Study, learn, and execute with on-the-job training and mentoring from senior business leaders.
- Shadow client meetings, plan designs, and presentations.
- Analyze the financials of clients to identify their financial needs and risk tolerance.
- Review available financial options for clients.
- Make recommendations in which areas and services fit a client's needs.
- Take part in marketing and expansion strategies.
