Service of storefronts, windows, and doors

Provide tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or how to approach a problem.

Analyze the punch-out list with the homeowner to ensure completion in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.

Responsible for meeting homeowner needs by providing repair work is complete to the homeowner and company satisfaction.

Replace defective parts and assist customers when windows and doors are not working correctly.

Responsible for providing break metal, changing screens, and deglazing glass. (providing accurate measurements, if needed)

Installation of locks, hinges, and related hardware

Identifies, evaluates, supports, and solves complex issues

Supervises the day-to-day activities

Provides training and guidance

Close files accordingly to BNT Standards

Complete final inspection and cosmetic work if needed, including stucco, trim, drywall, etc.

Update Buildertrend for every customer and advise the Coordinator to update BNT Sheets

Performs other duties as assigned.
