Full-time position available at a small business office/showroom, located in west Orlando. As a small business employee, you will wear a few hats from helping with shipping and receiving to working with customers who visit our showroom to working with customers on the phone of from our websites.
Responsibilities include recognizing customer needs, explain products and services to our customers, monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock, and enter and process customer orders.
Qualifications preferred: experience in sales, customer service or similar fields; strong computers skills, ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
