The Office Assistant is a pivotal role within our electrical company, dedicated to providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for customers, management and staff.
- Prepare and distribute company documents, reports, and presentations accurately and promptly.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address customer concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.
Data Management:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of company activities, transactions, and contacts.
- Input data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Assist in organizing and filing documents, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval.
Support to Management and Staff:
- Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for employees when necessary.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the electrical industry or related field is a plus.
