Local construction office seeking experienced person for a temporary in-office assignment. About 2 weeks, could be a few more days depending on completion of work. We prefer someone who has experience in a const. office setting which would be great, but not necessarily required. However, construction office experience will be a first consideration of those who apply.
Job Duties:
Answer Phone Calls & Handle Requests
Filing, Making Folders, Organizing Documents
Sending & Receiving Emails
Assist Administrative Staff with Daily Tasks
Assist with Job Estimates
Checking Permit Status

Microsoft Office / Word, Excel, Outlook
Email – AOL, GMAIL
Quickbooks Desktop / Preferred, but again, not mandatory.
Good on Computer / Able to easily send, receive & convert documents from emails.
Experience in an office setting is a must.
Construction Office Experience would be wonderful and preferred but not necessarily mandatory
Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM / ½ Hour Lunch to 1 Hour Lunch / Either will be fine
Dress Code: Casual Office Dress. / Just no shorts and flip flops.
