Sales Support Assistant
We are looking to hire the right person to add to our strong and dynamic sales team! The right candidate will be working closely with others to help guide our customers through their initial sales call and ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers, distribute calls, schedule customer appointments
Maintain online sales calendar
Maintain customer files both paper and electronic
Assist Sales Associates in a variety of administrative tasks
Prepare various types of documentation
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Greet incoming customers when necessary
Other duties as assigned and assist others when needed
Required Skills
Professional appearance is a must
First-Rate verbal and written communications skills
Proficient in Google (Gmail, Google Docs), Microsoft Office
Adapt to work independently along with others efficiently in fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize, transition and make adjustments throughout the day/week to handle spontaneous requests as needed
Accuracy required
Minimum 2 years of office experience
Reliable attendance
Experience with CRM a plus
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Benefits: There is no health / medical insurance offered
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00 pm, 40 hrs/week
Commute: Must have reliable transportation
Work Location: Sarasota 24243 - in person; no tele-commuters or work from home
