Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the service team on low slope roofing repairs and maintenance.
Diagnose and remedy issues specific to TPO, EPDM, and similar roofing systems.
Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.
Liaise with project managers and clients to guarantee project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Over 5 years’ experience in low slope/flat roofing systems, including significant TPO experience, with leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in a variety of flat roofing materials and repair techniques.
Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
