Inside Customer Support will communicate with customers of various levels and is essentially the face of the organization. We have great customers with great interactions and your role will be to support, inform, educate, and interact with them daily.

We have a strong brand and product and are seeking Customer oriented people to join the Frank & Jimmies Family and work onsite with our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely personable and understand that our customers and customer satisfaction always come first. Marine Industry experience is a plus however we will work with the right people from all backgrounds and experience levels. Attitude and Personality truly make this position.
Objectives of this Role
Always ensure Customer Satisfaction
Daily interaction with people in assisting with coordination of repair work, new product information and matching them with correct products for individualized needs
Daily chats with Shop liaison and shop personnel to understand the status of customer projects
