Turn-Key Residential Maintenance for Military Family Housing:
-> Experienced in residential cleaning and / or maintenance work.
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
-> Must be able to access Ft. Stewart military base.
-> Must have own tools.
-> Must have reliable transportation.
Work volume is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady workflow permits.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Maintenance performed on military residential housing.
- Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, 4, & 5 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- PAY is based on "Per job basis".
