AM & PM cook positions for busy upcountry Retreat Center
Morning, Afternoon and evening shifts available
Part time & Full time available
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, Based on Experience
Schedule: 6 AM Start Shift and 4pm Start Shift
Experience: Restaurant: 1-2 Year (Preferred)
Seeking AM & PM Cook at The Wooden Crate located at Lumeria Maui
2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment.
Must have basic knife skills.
Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety policies and procedures regarding food handling.
Ability to perform physical work that requires continual standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs.
Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions. Be able to communicate clearly with managers, and kitchen staff.
Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Chef's standards.
Ability to relate to a diverse range of people with patience and understanding.
Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements.

Farm to Table restaurant at local Retreat Center. We offer a daily breakfast service, group lunches & dinners.
