Urgent need for a construction worker in our construction firm. We're looking to fill 10 positions for this job.
Responsibilities:
Perform various physical labor tasks at construction sites, including operating hand and power tools such as air hammers, cement mixers, and surveying equipment.
Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces, erect scaffolding, and ensure a safe and clean environment by eliminating hazards.
Load, unload, and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools according to project plans.
Assist craft workers like carpenters, plasterers, and masons, and follow instructions from supervisors.
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities and layout areas for construction.
Install structures and fixtures using carpenters' hand or power tools, and maintain detailed work activity records.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand blueprints, and a willingness to adhere to safety standards.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
Capability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
