Description
Responsible for implementing all daily salon operations to ensure quality of services for salon professionals and their clientele. As a Salon Manager you will perform the following essential functions:
Promotes excellence in tenant service - directs customer traffic, enforces salon policies
Performs administrative duties - manages operator agreements, monitors office supplies / inventory
Provide oversight for property management - manage safety, repairs / maintenance / cleaning
Manages salon operator recruitment and retention
Core Requirements
5 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Demonstrates high standards for customer service
