Process bankruptcy filings in the correct manner when received
Process Payments
Manage all billing and reporting activities in line with deadlines
Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity
Manage inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
Comply with all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
Record all customer payments to the correct reports
Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Ability to survey and make decisions regarding customer accounts
Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
3+ years of prior high volume collections experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong familiarity with Credit Card Payments
Account reconciliation experience desired
Post Payments experience
Expertise in Collecting Payments
AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
