We are seeking a working Forman and carpenters to join our fast growing team in the commercial construction field.we work on large scale projects all over the south coast and surrounding areas. Base in lakeville and Fall River ma.
Responsibilities:
coordinate the daily activities on site.
delegate assignments to appropriate teams.
Finish tasks in a timely Fashion.
inspect all material and equipment.
Adhere to all safety policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, carpenter, or related fields.
Knowledge of products, tool, and the order of the construction process.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Osha 10 and OSHA 30 for Foreman.
Willing to learn procore Program.
