Claims Specialist

You will play a vital role in providing an outstanding customer experience by using attention to detail skills to process a variety of estimates in a fast paced, detail-oriented, team environment. In this role, you will write estimates, enter into estimating software and submit to home owner s insurance company. As well as work with home owner s insurance adjusters until estimate is approved. Primary duties: Estimate creation Data entry Administrative call and customer communication Administrative insurance providers follow up and communication Administrative documentation of calls and communications We will be looking at longevity and no gaps in your work history. Hours- 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (flexibility when over time)
