If so, this is the position for you. A Machine and Tool Company in northern Iowa is looking for an experienced CNC Vertical Mill Machinist to join their Day Shift team. The CNC Machinist is responsible for quality parts production.Responsibilities:
Work as a team to manufacture steel to produce quality products per print in a timely fashion.
Read blueprints to ensure parts are in compliance.
Use hand tools, power tools, welder, cutting torch as well as special machines to complete the work.
Operate forklifts and cranes to accomplish task.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED
5 years experience helpful but not required.
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Ability to follow instructions given in both written, and oral form.
Strong attention to detail.
