Job Description
Saint Paul Property Management Company is seeking someone to fill a temporary accounting position, 2-4 weeks, to assist mainly in collection of residential rent payments. This position will require contacting residents, as well as, social services, such as housing assistance programs.
Essential Job Functions
Assist with the payment collection process and ensure that rents are collected timely
Contacting housing assistance programs to follow up on outstanding residential rent assistance payments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable with basic accounting and reconciling
Familiar with housing assistance programs
Assertive, outgoing personality
Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills
