Analyst of PLM platforms (ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE) and become a subject matter authority on the Global PLM landscape across all nVent products and offerings

Provide systems analysis, design, specifications and development for Engineering Change Management, Part/BOM Management, CAD data management and Document Management.

Perform in-depth system requirement discovery activities and transform those concepts into working technical documents.

Develop/Customize for critical areas by leveraging knowledge of Dassault Systemes Enovia, Technia Value Components (TVC), Cost Analytics, MQL, TCL, AEF, JPO, Java, JSP Oracle, and Tomcat Server.

Create business process flow mappings, configure the ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE platform, develop POCs, and design plus test integrations with ERP, PIM and other applications used by the product engineering and product management teams.

Provide functional & technical support and identify risks and opportunities in our platforms and processes.

Track PLM project issues, concerns, deliverables, acceptance criteria.

Participate, lead and advise on efforts to consolidate and rationalize our PLM solutions footprint.

Ensure that all major software and hardware components of the PLM landscape are up to date to ensure secure and stable operations.

Involved in entire PLM Functional and Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, deployment and production support.

Follow and enhance practices of code introduction, DevOps and testing automation.

YOU HAVE:

Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent experience

A four-year college degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience is required

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

Ideally 5+ years’ experience with ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE, product development and customization process.

Experience with ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade process, server configurations and support.

End to end implementation experience on ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing and deployments.

Experience integrating ENOVIA with various ERP’s (preferably Infor M3 & SAP) and ERP-related processes/workflows.

SKILLS:

Experience in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Java Script, jQuery.

Strong programming skills using ENOVIA ADK, Java API and RESTful web services.

Strong understanding of product development processes in manufacturing; these could include: engineering change management, BOM management, compliance process, CAD data management, supplier management and requirements management.

Knowledge on OOTB conversion (migration) of different applications.

Solution architecture and design (including integration).

Process mapping & business process analysis (as-is, to-be), process re-engineering and process optimization.

Knowledge in Agile Scrum process and Jira is preferable.

Experience in DevOps, test automation tools

Ability to work productively and effectively as part of a global team

Ability to travel up to 10%.
