Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for its O'Fallon, Missouri location.Duties: Oversee all aspects of technical delivery of software platforms and services supporting applications including technical solutions, resource management, capacity management, knowledge management, and production support. Engage in code, system reviews and analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality. Deliver business requirements, utilizing JavaScript, Angular 13, Node, Spring, Microservices, REST/JSON, JAVA8, Cypress, HTML5, Oracle SQL, Kafka, OpenShift and API management tools. Responsible for technical leadership and delivery for the Assisted Channels area and define overall technical vision, capabilities, and road map of the managed scrum teams and application area. Work directly with the business and internal technology stakeholders to shape strategy from a technical standpoint and drive cross-functional delivery of that vision. Work with CI/CD frameworks and tools including Jenkins, RLM, and Bitbucket to deliver business requirements and drive automation. Resolve complex issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Facilitate migration efforts from legacy Chordiant software to modern technologies. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, Software Developer, Applications Development Associate Manager, Lead Engineer, or related position or related position involving micro-services, micro-frontend, and container based technologies. 5 years of experience must include: Java/JEE, JavaScript, Angular, Node, Spring, Micro services, REST/JSON, API management, Kafka, OpenShift, Kubernetes; Automating code quality, code performance; CICD frameworks, Jenkins, RLM, Bitbucket, JIRA; Cloud Computing; Agile Methodology; and PCF, OpenShift.
