Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying protective coatings and linings to pipes and other industrial components. This role requires precision and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines. We are also willing to train the right individual in the process.
Responsibilities:
- Apply protective coatings and linings to pipes and other components using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix paints and coatings to specified colors and consistencies.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working order.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work with the team to ensure projects are completed to specifications and within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various painting and coating techniques.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
