What you will do:As a Senior Project Engineer - Advanced Operations you will develop and modify process formulation methods and controls to meet quality standards. You will recommend and implements improvements, modifications or additions to document work. You will review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine cost and schedule. Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.

You will ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications.

You will assist in the selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications, reliability and regulatory requirements. Work with quality engineers to develop component specific testing and inspection protocols.

You will support capital acquisition activities.

You will participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches.

You will conduct MSA studies for new products and new processes.

You will provide training for manufacturing team members.

You will ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures and review and approval of validation documentation.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required

2+ year of relevant work experience required

Experience in introduction of new capital equipment and support the associated qualification and validation activities - preferred
