Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the charity industry. The role primarily involves administrative case work, helping to process client information, screening clients for program eligibility, and maintaining accurate records. The role is within a business-casual workplace, requiring fluency in either Haitian/Creole or Spanish. Responsibilities: Input new client data accurately and efficiently Screen clients for eligibility of various assistance programs Review client documents and applications thoroughly Process intake information into relevant systems in a timely manner Use Case Management skills to track and manage client cases Apply Fund Accounting skills within the non-profit sector Provide Administrative Assistance to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Utilize Bilingual Designer skills to create and update bilingual content Execute Bilingual Marketing strategies to reach and engage a diverse audience. Requirements Demonstrated experience in case management within a charity or non-profit organization. Proficiency in fund accounting specific to non-profit organizations. Proven experience providing administrative assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and database management. Bilingual abilities in design, with the capacity to create and modify visual communication materials in multiple languages. Bilingual marketing skills, with the ability to create and implement marketing strategies targeting diverse audiences. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using standard office software and technology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities. Commitment to the mission and values of the organization. Willingness to participate in continued learning and detail oriented development opportunities.
