About the Role:
As a Bus/Van Driver with Titan Staffing, you'll be the face of our mobile recruiting efforts, driving our well-equipped recruitment van to various locations and actively participating in the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who loves the open road, enjoys engaging with diverse communities, and is keen on making a tangible impact in the job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate our mobile recruiting van across designated areas.
- Set up and manage mobile recruiting sessions.
- Engage with potential candidates, explaining opportunities and guiding them through the initial steps of the recruitment process, with a particular focus on the Spanish-speaking community.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring it's ready for operation.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish is a must.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes; training will be provided.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for making a difference in people’s careers.
