JOB TITLE: Quality and Safety CoordinatorCLASSIFICATION:Full Time, Non-ExemptPROGRAM/DEPARTMENT:Intandem SolutionsIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:Vice President of OperationsPOSITION SUMMARY:Intandem Solutions provides integrated value-added packaging, assembly, re-work, paper shredding, order fulfillment, warehousing, and commercial cleaning services for commercial partners of all sizes in Western New York. The Quality & Safety Coordinator will develop, implement and maintain the Quality Safety Management Systems policies & procedures to ensure continuous improvement. Report on the performance of the Quality- Safety Management System, areas of improvement, its regulatory requirements and conduct annual reviews through an internal audit process. Is responsible for managing all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, aspects and programs as required. Update/control/maintain Quality Safety related documents and records including managing all audits. Monitor the governmentally contracted throughput to ensure that all standards are met, profitably. Ensure business process alignment between Cattaraugus and Niagara Counties including governmental contracting operations.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldThree (3) years of experience in business operationsTwo (2) or more years of Quality & Safety Management experienceWorking knowledge of computer applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Sage, Ceridian Dayforce, MITCPreferredEducation, Training & Experience:

Experience with internal or external auditingExperience with ISO Standards or other Quality Management SystemsExperience with SourceAmerica, NYSID, and others in the governmental contracting spaceExperience with Department of Labor 14(c) Certificate proceduresExperience with OSHA, OPWDD and other regulatory bodies governingExperience working with people with disabilitiesESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Valid Driver's License that meets agency standards; reliable transportationAbility and willingness to travel when neededAbility to lead by example while demonstrating a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and to proactively solve problemsExcellent communication and customer relation skills including verbal and written communicationDemonstrates strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and address multiple priorities with professionalismSALARY:$24-$30 per hour starting rate based on experienceSCHEDULE:Potential to work remotely 20% of the time after successful completion of 90 day probationary period
