Receptionist/Bookkeeper needed for small office. Will process A/R, A/P, Payroll (outsourced), attendance control, bank recs, deposits, cash/credit sales receipts, filing, answer phones, order supplies, HR duties. Should have basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and emailing. Receptionist duties for low traffic occasional customer , sales vendor or employee interaction. Excellent organizational skills and dependability required. Quickbooks experience a plus but not necessary. Benefits for full time include vac/sick time, 401K, holiday pay, bonuses, health insurance, and life insurance. Work week is Monday through Friday no weekends. Hours may be flexible and can be discussed.
