Job SummaryThis role will be focused upon the key tenants of Wholesale Lending Services, Collateral, Documentation and Insurance Group, as it relates to National Collateral Management Group (NCMG) End-to-End Workflow, Collateral Completeness and Digital Experience. This role ensures that the National Collateral Management Group strategy is aligned to support our Line of Business partners, internal and external clients and Wholesale Lending Services framework and team goals and objectives. The role requires developing strong internal partnerships with Line of Business supported as well as other internal support teams such as Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal, Product/Relationship Managers, NCMG team members and external clients (e.g., Treasurer's, CFO's, Finance Directors, etc.). This position requires a responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, administrative tasks, manage securities, letters of credit, and other types of pledging instruments, completing transactions timely in a business-critical environment and improving pledging efficiency.Job Responsibilities

Maintain the Corporate Collateral Management (CCM) System client database and adjust security positions accordingly to meet client needs.

Manages collateral risk by adhering to regulations, policies, and procedures.

Developing subject matter expertise on collateral types (US Governments, Agencies, Municipals, Mortgage-Backed securities and other instruments (Letters of Credit)).

Reviews security agreements, investment policies, and other documents for compliance to regulations, risk controls and departmental guidelines.

Lead or participate in state, regional and/or national collateral management initiatives relative to education, process improvement, development, enhancement projects, mergers, acquisitions, and conversions.

Contributes to team success by exceeding standards for productivity, quality, timeliness, and client service.

Partners with external clients, lines of business and others to support efforts to improve collateral efficiency and timely execution of security trades.

Researches and resolves client issues and communicates resolution to line of business and NCMG management.

Manage client on-boarding, reporting and security requests and returns as necessary to meet departmental and service level requirements.

Provides back-up to support other team members performing collateral duties, reporting and other tasks.

Complete projects, administrative functions, and other tasks as necessary.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Recognized for knowledge / emerging expert in a specific area or business product.

Knowledge of banking, fixed income securities, and Letters of Credit.

Excellent oral, written communication, and negotiation skills.

Often makes independent and timely decisions / judgements.

Experience in a high-volume environment and excellent attention to details

Effective multitasking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Demonstrate initiative in learning new processes, providing suggestions/ recommendations, self-improvement, and willingness to increase scope of work.

Support and manage the work of other team members in their absence.

Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on changing requirements.

Critical thinking skills and proven ability to think holistically across products/Line of Businesses with end-to-end focus.

Works proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.

Ability to lead, coach, and educate others.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
