About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):08About the Role:The Team:As a member of Data Management, you will work to develop, implement and champion S&P Global Market Intelligence’s initiatives involving data assets, workflow and technology capabilities critical for our customers in making effective decisions across multiple types and domains.Responsibilities and Impact:You will be a key participant in designing and developing future state capabilities and a clear roadmap aligned to the overall company functional strategy and goals to ensure our people, process, data, technology and governance needs are accurately assembled and aligned for successful short, medium and long-term execution.

Assist in the development and implementation of a data strategy for the Certificate Compliance product within the Reg and Compliance business by consulting on client business problems, identify data needs and formulate data solutions

In collaboration with Client, Product, Sales, Technology and Data stakeholders, ensure the development of a clearly defined data strategy fully aligned to meet and exceed clients’ expectations

Ensure deep understanding of client use-cases, workflows and associated products and support the rapid response and resolution of client concerns, inquiries, and commercial conversations

Gain exposure to key contributors in the company by promoting active communication to all levels within the organization on the health of projects sponsored by the data organization or involving data in support of Reg & Compliance/Enterprise Solutions projects, including key progress updates to all stakeholders to ensure transparency, especially around risks, content quality gaps and successes

Collaborate closely with data operations and other data management teams to define specific data, quality, timeliness and comprehensiveness needs, as well as associated data policies and procedures

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,790.00 to $75,422.50. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. 3+ years of Enterprise Data Management, Product Management, Technology or related field

Strong organizational management, business case development, and able to work across business teams to meet deadlines

Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects at the same time

High level of expertise in MS Excel

Strong written and verbal communications with an aptitude to present thoughts and ideas to leadership

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting customers and being involved in commercial conversations

Great attention to detail and quality oriented; ability to execute in a timely and accurate manner
