My client is seeking a full time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and bookkeeping tasks. We are looking for a candidate that has a proven accounting experience, a strong work ethic in a fast pace small office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using quickBooks.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process company payroll
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer phone and provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
