This is a brand new RV Park in Tulsa, OK.
Looking for a retired couple that would want to live and manage an RV Park.
We have two positions:
Maintenance person to manage the RV grounds. This includes 24/7 on-call, mowing, watering, weeding, fixing broken pipes, and misc projects.
Office Manager in our office to manage tenants. This includes experienced computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, checking in/out of tenants in the park, and issuing notices to tenants who aren't following the park rules or nonpayment. (Rent Manager program training available).
RV space is included in your wages. We would like this couple to live at the park and manage tenants coming and going in the park.
