We are a busy, AAHA accredited hospital that's been in the same location in South Eugene since 1947. We have three, soon to be four, awesome vets who practice modern, evidence-based medicine. We advocate for pets through the promotion of wellness along with the relief and prevention of suffering. We are open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 9am-3pm.
About you:
You have at least 1-year customer experience and a high school degree (or equivalent). Compassion and interpersonal skills are your jam. As such, your communication skills are on point, whether it's in person, by phone, over email, or through text. You, being a critical thinker, can solve problems quick on your feet. You're able to work 4 full days during the week plus a Saturday every other weekend. Most importantly, you have a sense of humor and (obviously) love animals.
What you'll do:
Greet clients in person or by digital means of communication in a compassionate and caring manner.
Set appointments by urgency based on patient needs and staff availability.
Enter data from forms and records received.
Review invoices with clients and accept payment on the invoices.
Prepare the clinic for both clients and patients in the morning.
Set the clinic up for the next day's business in the evening.
