Have the ability to own and lead the solution sales activities within the sales process to achieve the “Technical Win”
Experience leading Contact Center responses to Requests for Information RFI and Requests for Proposals RFP
Be able to lead the delivery of Evaluations (Eval) and Proof of Concept (POC)
Experience collaborating with partner teams to support partner sales and technical enablement programs
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Contact Center product and landscape
