Responsibilities

This person will manage the physical office, handle all administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, manage the front desk, as well as support members of the executive team as requested. The successful candidate will handle sensitive information, and therefore must be counted on to maintain the strictest confidentiality.

Job Description

Act as the main point of contact in the office for employees, candidates, vendors, and building management.

Maintain an organized and clean office, including ordering and organizing office supplies, snacks, and drinks for the office.

Plan and organize team and company events, both in the office and off-site

Order and set up catered lunches for the office when needed.

Manage calendars including but not limited to scheduling meetings, booking travel, and making reservations.

Complete administrative requests, including making purchases and payments as needed.

Order and ship company swag to new hires and customers.

Assist HR and IT with onboarding and offboarding activities, including greeting candidates and new hires and giving office tours to customers as needed.

Review, make recommendations, and implement continuous improvement to company processes and procedures.

Assist operations team as needed in receiving, inventorying, set building and shipping.

Assist with inventory through execution of a cycle count program and all inventory transactions.

Document, maintain, and update inventory control procedures.

Provide status reports as needed using data from the ERP system.

Assist with periodic cycle counts.

Exhibit a daily hands-on approach to maximize efficiency.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in business or related field

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Solid written and verbal communication skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs especially in Word and Excel. Ability to design reports in Excel is a must.

Flexibility to work varied hours to include weekends as business needs warrant.

Location: This position is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
