Quality:

Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden.

Comply with all USDA rules, procedures and work practices. 3. Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures.

Maintain confidential information on recipes.

Report all deviations from the recipe.

Operations:

Place appropriate quantity of product in food trays on line. Determine quantity of product in different methods depending on recipe.

Monitor quality and product assembly at all times. Take care with appearance of product and watch for foreign matter in product. 3. Know what the EQA (Essential Quality Attribute) is for the product, check recipe or with line operator for product appearance.

Weigh accurately and timely.

Does not spill excess amount of ingredients.

Practice good handweighing and handplacing techniques.

Check to make sure you have enough ingredients and proper ingredients for your job. If not, communicate with Ingredient Handlers.

Monitor housekeeping; notify ingredient handlers if you are unable to help. Keep sanitary conditions at all times.

Sort sub-standard product out

Put all trash in proper containers

Communicate all problems and pertinent information to the proper support group and/or production supervisor.

Assist with the sanitation of production areas and/or equipment in assigned work areas.

Other duties as assigned

AddendumPosition: Net Weight Filler Touch-UpDescription:This individual will be an associate on the line and is expected to complete the tasks below while maintaining the highest standards of quality and responsibility.Additional Operations

Maintain accurate count of boxes used for touch-up. Calculate yields at breaks, lunch, and end of shift.

Work with Net Weigh Filler Operator to determine standard touch-up usage for each product and ensure line awareness. 3. Place visual aids in designated location for Touch-Up people .

Provide collected data and paperwork to supervisor at end of shift

Ensure that Touch-Up people are using proper amounts of protein

Notify line operator of any problems regarding touch-up
