Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator in the Non-Profit industry, located in Greenville, North Carolina, United States. This role focuses on assisting in the organization and booking of events, acting as a liaison with coordinators at partnering businesses, and working with the marketing team to create promotional materials. Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and booking of events Act as a liaison with coordinators at partnering businesses Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials Use CRM and Database systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data Utilize Google Analytics to track and report website traffic Develop and implement brand awareness strategies Create brochures and other print materials to promote events Plan and execute marketing campaigns Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners Organize and manage fundraising campaigns.Requirements Demonstrated experience in CRM and Database management Proficiency in using EO/IR systems Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting Proven experience in raising Brand Awareness Ability to design and create engaging Brochures Experience in Campaign Planning and execution Excellent Customer Service skills Experience in planning and managing Fundraising campaigns Ability to work in a Non-Profit industry setting Experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
