Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly of manufactured housing under the direction of a Construction Crew Lead.
Perform manual labor tasks in designated areas, ensuring site cleanliness and organization for safety.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints accurately to complete tasks with precision.
Maintain effective communication with coworkers to facilitate workflow and project completion.
Operate various hand, air, and electrical tools proficiently to accomplish assigned duties efficiently.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive training provided, making prior experience unnecessary.
Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting heavy objects as required.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude towards work are essential.
Basic math and measurement skills are required for task execution.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
