Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to HR policies and practices. The role entails managing employee relations, developing job descriptions, oversee employees onboarding, signing employee paperwork such as offer letters, agreements, visa petitions creating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role is located in Richardson, TX, with flexibility for remote work. However, required to be on site as needed
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
Experience in HR management and employee relations
Ability to create job descriptions that align with best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Long time commitment is preferable
Must be us Citizen
Must be local to Dallas, Texas USA
Pay $15/hr
