Our Concierge team continues to grow. We are looking for high-potential and quality individuals to join Vivint. Our Concierge team is obsessed with our proven sales process to ensure protection and peace of mind to all customers and homeowners nationwide.Who We Are: The purpose of the Vivint Concierge team is to delight our Vivint customers with our service and provide opportunities to save money. Our Concierge Professionals reach out to our existing customers who have just installed in their first few months to make sure we meet our service expectations, offer proactive solutions to any questions, and provide customer education. As well as offer upgrades, upsells, and exclusive offers. Successful Specialists determine customer needs and maintain our world class service.Schedule: Monday - Friday, No weekends!Training: Paid, Mandatory Training (2 weeks)Pay: $12/hr + uncapped commission (average earnings of $50,000+)

Potential to increase hourly pay within your first 6 months upon completion of additional trainings

Required Skills and Experience:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)

Must be able to commute to our Lindon office

Must be able to commit to at least 6 months employment

Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)

Prior sales experience is a plus

Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
