Hen of the Wood Waterbury is looking for full time commissary prep cook to assist in fresh food production for Hen of the Wood and our new restaurant, Gallus Handcrafted Pasta. The position will report to the Commissary Supervisor and Executive Chef. We are willing to train the right person to join our team! Our current culinary team are professional, passionate, and deeply engaged in learning. Our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Lead Line Cooks offer a ton of experience to help you grow your skill.
