Requirements:
- active CNA license
- Nurse delegation
- Dementia Specialty Training
- CPR certification
- Food handler card
Responsibilities:
-Provide compassionate care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans;
-Assist with activities of daily living, medication. and other task as needed
maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
- communicate effectively with the residents, and fellow staff members.
