Resident Manager Small 25 Unit Complex

Looking for a resident Manager for a small 25 Unit Complex in the Legion Field area, to live on the premises and receive a free apartment in lieu of salary. Basic skills would be printer and computer knowledge, scanning and email. In addition you would be required to inform the Owner of any items that look out of place or needs repair to the ouside of the propety, as well as following up on work completed by independent contractors to insure the work is done properly.
