Turnkey Builders (capable from foundation to finish)
Foremen / Site Supervisors (must have proven leadership ability)

Minimum Requirements:
5 - 10 years of carpentry or supervisory experience in high-end or turnkey builds
Own a reliable vehicle and a modern smartphone
Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly on-site and digitally
Physically healthy, mentally sharp, and ready for fieldwork
Able to work independently and represent Finished Works with professionalism
