The General Laborer supports the refurbishment and construction of modular structures and buildings including the loading/unloading of materials/modules/Connex containers, operation of electric & pneumatic hand tools, carpet installation, framing, painting, grinding, and any other activities as needed.
Core responsibilities
1. Assist in building modular structures including;
a. Framing / sheathing
b. Door & window installation
c. Painting / Caulking
d. Sanding
e. Grinding
2. Refurbish / Clean modular buildings
3. Support machines/equipment used in typical construction activities (compressor, pneumatic tools, etc…
4. Load / Unload modules & Connex containers
5. Safely operate forklift / man lift
6. Ensure proper safety & incident reporting procedures are followed
